The Thuringian Agency for Skilled Workers Recruitment (ThAFF) is a department of LEG. Steps to filling open positions for Skilled Workers

ThAFF provides a platform for encounters between Skilled Workers and employers. It creates the spatial and technical prerequisites for contact in face-to-face, digital, and hybrid formats.

Thanks to years of networking, ThAFF has developed excellent contacts with potential exhibitors. Many companies participate regularly academix contact fair part; in parallel, ThAFF is constantly seeking new exhibitors.

Since 2011, academix has established itself as Thuringia's most important company contact fair. It brings together exhibitors and Skilled Workers from all over Thuringia; most recently in 2021, this included around 100 exhibitors and approximately 1,000 young Skilled Workers . The Thuringian job fair academix is thus an important part of the comprehensive range of services offered by ThAFF, which also includes the commuter and returnee fair comeback, numerous commuter days, and information events for Thuringian companies. ThAFF makes a significant contribution to meeting the demand for Skilled Workers in Thuringia.
